Dell and its latest Latitude E series model E4310
Listed on Dell's site but not yet announced or selling, the 1.54+ kg E4310 boasts a multi-gesture touchpad, a backlit keyboard, a WLED-backlit (1366x768) display, and features a 2.4 GHz Core i5-520M or 2.53 GHz i5-540M processor, up to 8GB of RAM, a HDD with a maximum capacity of 500GB or a 128/256GB solid state drive, a DVD or Blu-ray drive, and CPU-integrated graphics.
The laptop has Gigabit Ethernet, can be added a modem, WiFi, WiMAX, 3G, a fingerprint reader, a smart card reader, and comes with multiple OS options, including Windows 7, Vista, and Ubuntu 9.10.
